In these pages we will take a look back to a time when the planet was clean, the water was pure, and the food was fresh and free of dangerous chemicals. Life wasn't easy back then and there were trying and difficult times, but the tragedy that our profit based industrialized agriculture has wreaked on our food supply had barely begun. There were hard times all around and many diseases that now have a cure, but the pure poison that our foods have become was not a problem way back then.

Hi Gary, your website has a very interesting name and so I was curious to find out what it was about. I was not to be disappointed as you have written some very interesting and educational articles.
As they say, we are what we eat. So it's important to be knowledgeable about our food sources.

Hi Gary,
Very interesting topics!
Most of us take our body for granted then we wake up one day and ask ourselves "what have I done".
Your posts are both interesting and educational. Looking forward to learn more.

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond.
I'm hoping to get all this figured out before that "what have I done" moment occurs.
Thanks for the comment.

You have hit the nail right on the head! What people ate 100 years ago was probably way better than what we have now. Thanks for the information. It is scary when you think about the future and what will be put into food that we buy!

Thanks for the comment. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply.
It is scary, especially for our children. That's why I'm doing all this research not only to keep myself alive but to learn a way to keep our kids healthy as well.
